Concert Hall Specifications: 45’ x 90’ carpeted room with 180 seats in two tiered seating; features low or high- level fixed lighting, full PA system, Mackie 32 channel mixing console, 4 Yamaha monitor system, Ashley equalizers, 2 Mackie house stage speakers, quality Shure microphones; amenities include “green room” backstage accommodating up to 10 people (with dedicated washroom); water coolers, concession area. The hall accommodates live recording and currently serves as the home of the “Live From The Fur Peace Ranch” radio show, broadcast weekly on NPR station, WOUB.

Library Specifications: 36’ x 24’ two-story room; includes a living room- style relaxation area with sofas, seating and warm décor; loft-style library houses video, DVD and extensive print media collection with musical emphasis. (The library loft is the lone portion of the entire facility that is not entirely handicap-accessible.)

Rooms:   Cozy cabins are situated in an attractive array along a paved walkway leading to modern washroom facilities, dining room, and all conference areas.

Cabin Specifications: 8’ x 12’, cozy single and double occupancy sleeping quarters with warm décor, ceiling fans, air conditioning and modern thermostat heating. Full linen & custodial services are included.

Bath House Specifications: 30’ x 36’ washrooms: separate facilities for men and women include clean, modern shower units, stalls and sinks, cabinetry and outlets. Full towel service is provided. There is air conditioning and heat in this well-lit, well-insulated building.
